For some of our service components, we are using the SCR for dependency
management, but we are not all using maven ...
Now, I am wondering if we are definitely forced to use maven, when using
the scr plugin, or if there is any ant task, or even a standalone script
which we could use without maven.
For instance: something like "java -jar scrplugin.jar MyBundle.jar"
which would generate serviceComponent.xml ...
