You might want to look at the Apache Sling launchpad/base [1] and launchpad/webapp [2] projects. The base project generates three artifacts: the base jar which launches an OSGi framework as well as a standalone Java application JAR and a web application war. The webapp project glues toegether the base war file and base jar file to generate a web application which launches the Felix Framework and bridges the Servlet container into the OSGi HttpService.
