Yes, we never released a 1.0.9 as it had some problems. So it seems updating qdox from 1.0.8 to 1.0.10 fixed parsing problems for some people while it creates new parsing problems for others :(
I've updated trunk to use latest qdox 1.9; Could you please test it if that fixes your problems?
