Doh! I just realized that I forgot to attach the test log in my last message.
I tried doubling the time from 5 seconds to 10 seconds in
CoreTest.testCommandGroupAfterInstall as you suggested below and in
FeatureTest.testFeatures where the test originally failed. The test still
fails.
