This one contains three referrals: to the Felix releases.xml repository,
to the Sling releases repository (sling.xml) and to the Sling thirdparty
repository (thirdparty.xml). Of these the sling.xml and thirdparty.xml
had the Unicode BOM marker and thus loading the sling/obr/repository.xml
failed.

This should be fixed by now.

I am not sure, whether this is reachable after all...

The sling one is valid, but two files were not parseable. The oscar one
is inactive AFAICT.
