This one contains three referrals: to the Felix releases.xml repository, to the Sling releases repository (sling.xml) and to the Sling thirdparty repository (thirdparty.xml). Of these the sling.xml and thirdparty.xml had the Unicode BOM marker and thus loading the sling/obr/repository.xml failed.
