Unfortunately A. I have the need for a UserAdmin implementation in my applications, but I couldn't find a suitable implementation. The only implementation I'm aware of is the Knopflerfish one [1]; alternatively, you may want to send an email to the ops4j mailing list [2]: there is someone working on a UserAdmin implementation in the ops4j laboratory [3]... I don't know if it's ready or not, though.
