It works fine for me. Try this: svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/felix/trunk/examples/servicebased.host/ sbh (in case the period is throwing your system) or this: svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/felix/trunk/examples/
Or you could try an svn export instead of a checkout.
