I checked OBR out of SVN. Seems like that the felix OBR implementation only considers import/export statements for packages and services but no hard dependencies between two bundles. As I already spent some time in the OBR source I might just go ahead and add this functionality. Would that be ok or was that functionality left out on purpose?
