As far as I can tell, yes. I've tried with and without version tags and pluginManagement and everything set to 2.0.1. Using -X seems to show that 2.0.1 is in use. Anyway, the command the release plugin is using is: mvn clean verify install --no-plugin-updates -P development This is not the command mentioned in FELIX-1262... could it be related then?
