not sure you could say that the API is limited to the OSGi packages.
Besides, minor releases like 2.2 usually imply larger behavioral
changes in additional to additional APIs. Still, we are saying
basically the same thing, so I'll keep an eye out for the 2.2 switch.
Yep, we are saying the same thing, but even in the embedding case,
Felix' embedding API has inspired the new R4.2 embedding API, so even
that is largely spec now too.
