Does it have to be commercial? I would wonder why? There are a number
of OSGi implementations both open source and commercial...

* Felix (Apache, opensource - you found this one already :)
* Equinox (Eclipse, opensource)
* Knopflerfish (opensource, but certain additions are commercial via
Makewave.com)
* At JBoss.org we're also working on an opensource core framework
* Prosyst (Embedded, commercial)
* Hitachi has a commercial implementation too...

I'm working on a Wikipedia page where we can collect all the available
OSGi implementations, both opensource and commercial. Hopefully this
page will be available soon...
