from the OSGi spec (section 3.5.2)

   "The bundle symbolic name and bundle version allow a bundle to be
uniquely
    identified in the Framework. That is, a bundle with a given symbolic
name and
    version is treated as equal to another bundle with the same (case
sensitive)
   symbolic name and exact version."

the Bundle-Name is a more readable name and is not used when comparing
bundles
