I have verified that configuration property "felix.fileinstall.noInitialDelay" works. It makes Apache Felix File Install *not* wait for "felix.fileinstall.poll" milliseconds before starting to install bundles. However, this property is not documented whereas all the others are. Is it a 'private', 'undocumented' property? Or 'public' and just an oversight that it's not documented?
