Well not sure I can really help:
clem...@clement:~/Desktop/boreal_serial/boreal.comms $ ant
Buildfile: build.xml

bnd:
      [bnd] # com.boreal.comms (com.boreal.comms.jar) 2

ipojo:

/Users/clement/Desktop/boreal_serial/boreal.comms/com.boreal.comms.jar
    [ipojo] Metadata file :

    [ipojo] Start manipulation

    [ipojo] Bundle manipulation - SUCCESS
    [ipojo] Output file :
/Users/clement/Desktop/boreal_serial/boreal.comms/com.boreal.comms.jar

jar:
     [echo] Jar Built

clem...@clement:~/Desktop/boreal_serial/boreal.comms $ cd
../boreal.comms.serial.rxtx/
clem...@clement:~/Desktop/boreal_serial/boreal.comms.serial.rxtx $ ant
Buildfile: build.xml

I've only removed the reference on the 'service' project (missing). I also used
the bnd ant task version 0.0.384.

Regards,

Clement
