Installation process and active state

Hi every one,
I'm developing an application in which I use Ipojo. My problem is that when a 
bundle is in the active mode from the felix console, it doesn't mean that the 
services it provides are running. I have a service A that need another service, 
B. B is not present in the felix framework but A appears to be active. So my 
question is, is there a way to know if A has all its reference resolved or not?
