I have the same problem. I build my projects on multiple Jenkins servers and all the environment variables (with capital first letter) are listed in the MANIFEST.MF
I'd prefer a proper solution because I can not list all the system variables name in <_removeheaders> for the three different operating systems I use on my Jenkins servers. I agree with Carsten I'd like to have a fix and not a workaround.
