If you download and extract the Felix framework distribution, such as
from this mirror:
http://apache.cs.utah.edu/felix/org.apache.felix.main.distribution-4.0.2.tar.gz
All you need to do is extract it and then cd into the create directory
and type:
java -jar bin/felix.jar
And everything should work. If you are doing the above and it still
doesn't work, then you should cut and paste your command line session
with error message here so we can see what you are talking about.

Hallo,
I'm a beginner, but wanted to start Felix over the command line. But
I become only the message that felix cant find the properties
configuration. What should I do? It is like to be blocked.
