Getting factory PIDs from ConfigurationAdmin service without an associated MetaType registration

Is there a way to get a list of factory PIDs from the ConfigurationAdmin
service (or elsewhere) if there isn't MetaTypeInformation associated
with the ManagedFactoryService?

 

I know you can get a list of if you have the MetaTypeInformation, but
not every bundle provides this information.
