I put that : 

java -Dorg.osgi.framework.security=osgi  -jar  bin\felix.jar , and in the
bin folder  contains a all.police file whit this code : grant { permission
java.security.AllPermission; };
this rises this error :

Error creating bundle cache: <java.security.AccesControlException:acces
denied<Java.io.FilePermission .\felix-cache read>> 

What about this?..
