Yes, please try 4.2.0. FELIX-3302 was fixed in 4.0.3 however, my guess is that you are running into FELIX-3840 ( https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-3840) which was fixed in 4.2.0. It that still gives you problems please open a new bug.
