This setup is not consistent with the original question: You have used scr 1.4 then and now you list scr 1.6.2. And as it happens scr 1.6.2 has the kxml library inlined and not as an embedded jar file. Thus the originally reported error should not happen. Also, I suggest you do not install osgi.cmpn because this may lead to issues down the row with duplicate exports not properly resolved. Particularly if you use the Compendium implementations from the Felix project which come with their own appropriate exports.
