The plugin hasn't been coded specifically to work with Luna, and given
some of the changes to the Eclipse plugin platform, I suspect there may
issues (see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Equinox/Luna_Framework).

Give it a try and let me know, but I suspect a port may be necessary.
