Ok so are you setup so you can do some runtime diagnostics?

Do you have a runtime into which is deployed, or can be deployed gogo shell?

Before continuing to pull your hair out, it would be a good idea to set
that up because it can provide invaluable details about what's going on
with just a few simple commands.
