There are individual sub projects that you can use, I am not sure about the wrapper though there is repo http://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.karaf.wrapper/org.apache.karaf .wrapper.core/4.0.0.M1
>From my perspective, the OPS team of a company usually has its own idea of deploying/running/starting their apps and doesn¹t use the wrapper at all.
