That does not give me much to work with. A couple of pointers that might
bring you further:

- Are you sure your SSL connector is not throwing any exceptions that might
  cause it to not be registered?
- Are you able to connect to the servlet on ‘/foo’ when using the *default*
  SSL connector of Jetty (thus not registering your own one)?
