If I understand right, Devesh Mishra is referring to the dilemma of
whether to go native OR stick with Flex and deploy to both.
IMHO, you should decide based on what your customer needs, and what you
are good at.

IOS and Android are two separated and different mobile operative systems.
Flex is a actionscript bases framework that permit you to create IOS and
Android enterprise (or simple) applicatiotions: you write code just one time to
obtain two application packages that runs on the two platform we mentioned
above.
Flex also let you able to create enterprise web or air applications.

Can you be more specific? It sounds like you are confusing the platform and
