You may want to consider IntelliJ IDEA, which offers multithread compile right out of the box, HFCD requires a lot more configurations, and is obviously not maintained for a long time.
IntelliJ IDEA might take a little time to get used to, but once you have made the switch, you would never want to switch back to Flash Builder as it is more solid tool designed for large-scale application. I am not able to install HFCD plugin into FB and tried to contact their support team but no reply after 15 days and so many retries. I believe that, may be hellfire.admin.ui_4.0.0.jar and hellfire.compiler.feature_4.0.0.jar are missing from their repository URL ( http://stopcoding.org/hfcd/4/download).
