I'm not clear on what the projector content debugger is. Note that I'm not using Flash CS-whatever or Flash Builder. I'm compiling to SWF on the command line, and I just want to run my SWF files. But I'm interested, eventually, in the possibility that SWF files can be converted to EXE (under Windows), and does the projector content debugger do that? I assume not. I assume that publishing an EXE is something that Flash CS-whatever does--is that right?
