As I always understood it; Flash Builder /Blackberry support was
development done by RIM/Blackberry; not by Adobe.
From a "Flex" perspective, it is just an ActionScript framework. If
Blackberry devices can support Flash Player and/or AIR then they can run
Flex.
As to how to set this up from the command line; I have no idea.
