We don't know of any issues, yet. You should be able to upgrade just fine. If anything breaks, you can raise the issue here. The only issue is that you will be forcing your customers to upgrade their runtimes, in case they haven't yet. I'm currently using 4.5.1 SDK with FP 10.2 and haven't used AIR yet.
