IntelliJ has its own AS3/Flex built-in compiler, which is much faster than current FB compiler (I think closer in performance to Falcon compiler), so you would certainly improve compile times by using it. I know there is this: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLEX/Falcon+Overview but I don't think it is (or expect it to be) updated frequently. Does anyone have any more information on the Falcon compiler, perhaps a status of currently failing tests? Perhaps I need to check out the develop branch myself and just run the tests?
