I guess I'm a bit stuck with being able to provide you an answer. There are a few good blog posts about getting started:

Also within the github link I provided you can see the structure pretty clearly. Each of my ANEs are basically copy and paste projects with just some basic functionality changes. It's pretty simple really. Then for building I use an ANT script I've created - also provided with each ANE. Beyond that I don't know how much further to point you.
