I don't have mavericks so I couldn't tell you.  You can see from a web
search that lots of people get stuck.  For web-apps, usually it is about
not having a debugger player.  I thought that Flash Builder eventually
times out and posts a dialog that talks about what socket it tries to use.

Let's debug one thing at a time.  I thought we were going to try to get
debugging of a web-app first. Then you'd need to have the browser allowed
in the firewall.
