Ok so I had a look at the Project and it worked fine. I did a Little more testing and leared out my local maven reporitory.
When importing your Project then, IntelliJ seems to fail to resolve the Flexmojos plugin (as it's not yet there) and I was shown the message you talked about. You coulg simply click on "No" or if you clicked "Yes" you can simply add the maven module again, by clicking on thr "+" Icon in the Maven tab and simply add the pom.xml of your Project. The strange thing is that I can compile it using terminal. I think is shouldn't be a problem in the pom. I'm using flex 4.11 and flexmojos 6.0.1 from command line without problems... I spent hours installing a virtual machine with ubuntu, maven, flex, IntelliJ, etc. I cannot import a flexmojos in IntelliJ.
