As I understand things, and why both AIR and Flash on Linux were killed
off, Adobe does not want to invest resource in maintaining versions for
every operating system (perfectly reasonable, there are a lot of them
!), instead relying on the various vendors (Google, Nokia etc) to
produce them; unless you happen to be on a platform with a very very
large installed base.
So you should really be moaning at Microsoft, who are the only people
with access to the relevant APIs on the closed-shop world on Windows
Phone 8.
