Have to admit, that I have no clue at what you are actually doing ... it seems everything you are adding is being removed. I couldn't see any real error message, stacktrace whatsoever.
What did you set the flashplayer command to? Perhaps you could post your pom. But I think the Problem is probably that you specified the Name of the Player executable, but that executable is not available on your Systems path. I would suggest to Switch your Mail-Client to sending Text mails and not HTML and then to simply paste Stacktraces and Log Fragments as text of the mail. This way they are not stripped out.
