In FlashBuilder you can right click any method, property, event, etc..
and select:
References -> Project
or
References -> File
And it will list all the references, you can click them and it will
jump to them. Super handy in large projects and I use that a gazillion
times a day.
In IntelliJ you can right click on a file, method, or variable and
select "Find Usages" which seems to be the same thing.
I just tested it in a JavaScript project and it seems to work as I
would have expected.
