[TLF] - Bug in TextConverter.export with TEXT_FIELD_HTML_FORMAT as format

Hi,

It seems there is a bug in TextConverter.export method,
When we export the TextFlow object as TEXT_FIELD_HTML_FORMAT, Text
Alignment properties are missing for LIST items in the output.
