How many files in this project? If there aren't too many, start commenting out code until it starts working again. If your code is under version control, save your changes, go back to an old version and start bringing in the changes again. Or generate a patch/diff of all changes so you know what to focus on.
Are there "tricky" unicode sequences in the source files? That could screw up the parser. It looks like it thinks some line of code is out past 1000 characters.
