Hello everyone, I just wanted to add that I tested the previous code using Flex 4.12.1 and Flex 4.11.0. The lastest SDK release (4.12.1) presents the same behaviour, while the previous release (4.11.0) didn't show any problems with the previous code.
Clearly the issue was added on version 4.12.0.
