Live streams are being created with these settings:
videoStreamSettings = new H264VideoStreamSettings();
videoStreamSettings.setProfileLevel(H264Profile.BASELINE,
H264Level.LEVEL_5_1);
videoStreamSettings.setQuality(16384, 0);
videoStreamSettings.setKeyFrameInterval(30);
