Didn't Apple just release Gogle-style online beta's for apps ? I got an email about TestFlight https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/testflight/id899247664?mt=8 Failing that, just make sure you install and test it as soon as it's approved. Removing a version from the Apple app store is instant isn't it, and doesn't stop you making the older one the default again.
