Do you need the newer BLE (iBeacon) technology or just Bluetooth support.

I haven't used it before but distriqt has ANE's for both

I once made an iBeacon proof of concept app with an ANE from Caffaware,
worked great and easy to develop but it's only IOS

I think Distriqt is your best option if you need to support IOS and Android.
