1) front end "workbench" for corporate spatial data (arcGIS backend), adding 
tools/modeling modules  (eg. water quality monitoring, infrastructure planning, 
and various reporting) onto the basic "workbench" as needed.

2) suite of field (mobile) & back office (web based) public utilities 
applications (eg. natural gas distribution, gas meter monitoring, invoice 
creation, and accounting).

3) console to manage SMS messaging

we use coldfusion & java on the backend.
