You just tried this?  The MD5 checksums were out of date yesterday and got 
updated yesterday.  They seem correct now.

Can you try clearing the IE and other browser caches.  AIR supposedly uses some 
browser libraries to do downloads and a stale version can get in there and 
cause trouble.
