Ok. Just happened to to cross check the validity. Both provisioning file and certificates are still valid(expires in Mar 2016). Same files work fine on my colleague's system. He is able to package the app. I also tried to create a new test provisioning file, I'm still getting the same error.
Can there be any other reasons?
