Here's a workaround until sourceforge is back and running (however, you
need a previous Flex SDK installation to pickup missing files):
1) redirect sourceforge.net domain (hosts file on Windows) to localhost
or some other web server you have under control
2) create 'adobe/flexsdk/code/HEAD/tree/trunk/frameworks/libs' structure
in web server root folder, copy there FLEXSDK\frameworks\libs\osmf.swc
and rename it to OSMF2_0.swc
3) create 'adobe/flexsdk/code/HEAD/tree/trunk/lib' structure in web
server root folder and copy there jar files from
FLEXSDK\lib\external\optional
Not sure why, but editing resource urls in
'sdk-installer-config-4.0.xml' didn't have any effect.
