Please run the installer again. When it first comes up, right-click and choose Verbose Logging and Progress Logging. Then post the log somewhere if it fails. I would prefer that you do not copy the log into this email as it can be quite long when progress logging is on. I want to see how many bytes it thinks it downloaded.
