Hi, Is any error show or just the installer just disapear? Perhaps a silly question but could the installer be running out of disk space when unziping the jar file?
It also looks like you are using a slightly older version of the installer (3.1), perhaps try the newer version of the installer (3.2) and see if that works. Thanks, Justin
