I had signed up for cyber coders and other lists like that and I get contacted at least once a month and weekly emails listing Flex jobs in the area. I also get contacted through LinkedIn. A few of those have been remote work. Maybe one in five.
There are a lot of mobile AIR apps and you can target desktop apps for win and mac fairly easily.
